I meant how it might be installed so tightly there. The drawing reinforces my concern: that the ETICS is only finished after the element installation. I would urgently (before the order decision!) like to see this live on a reference construction site to observe how the installation proceeds. Or better: reconsider it thoroughly once more. Regarding the architecture of the house, I would consider such windows like French shoes for Pomeranian feet.

I wrote, "not a luxury".

Hello We do not have ETICS or only at the places where it is necessary for certain reasons (WU concrete wall; possibly window/roller shutter boxes), otherwise it is built monolithically in Ytong. Where exactly do you see the problem?

Again about the roller shutters in the south. This "no luxury" also easily costs 5000€. Would you still invest in them there or do without sun protection?

Thanks and best regards!

No problem, only that there is no installation play visible. That means the doors must be positioned together with the running rails from the "front / outside" against the "reveal stop / screed," and only then can the ETICS (in the drawing you see a plaster-covered insulation board there) be applied as the final touch. With height play in the rails, other assembly sequences would be possible. This gives me the impression that these elements are intended for projects where all parties involved have experience with this kind of "keyhole surgery." If that cannot be assumed, it may result in suffering for the aesthetics, i.e., corrections with some foaming and cover strips that significantly contradict the theory of "invisibility." Therefore, my advice: make sure specifically that it works in theory congruently for participants with average experience on the first attempt. Because I fear: no; parties from "neighboring" trades must also be sent to training first. And therefore I ask whether the very last bit of apparent framelessness is worth it. I personally think nothing of windows that have to be a little dirty so that you don't bump into them - I'd rather have a symbolic small bit of frame as an indicator.
