House purchase or house construction, what price is realistic?

I believe the tax office has something to object to in your calculation. If the apartment was only recently bought, they also want a share of the profit.

Since we live here ourselves and it was never rented out, the profit is tax-free :)

If the child planning still has time, I would definitely take a look at what you like and what the plan is. So existing house or new build.

Depending on which area you live in there, the prices are still quite reasonable, for example in 287xx, but it's different in i28211 and the surrounding area. But you will surely know that.

But not if you have lived there in the year of sale and the two calendar years before that. That time passes quickly ;) and nothing concrete is planned yet

We currently live very centrally. However, the house does not necessarily have to be in Bremen. We partly like the [Speckgürtel] significantly better. That probably makes it easier. At the moment, however, we have the feeling that the market is really overheated. Houses are sold in less than a week.
