House purchase land registry difficulties

So to clarify, I called the building authority and they said that it simply has not yet been updated in the land registry and that this will be changed in the course of the update.

I have now also seen building plans stamped by the building authority from 1983 ;)

And in 2001 a conservatory was added, all with permits.

So I think everything is fine.

Just for your information: one has nothing to do with the other.

If it is a senior citizen share, the building law is tied to the privileged operation (usually agriculture), and when reselling (even when renting out) to third parties, there are usually hurdles.

However, it would be very strange if the building authority had now shown you the building file and they had not noticed that it is a senior citizen share. Ultimately, that is the notary's responsibility and you should pay attention to that. It is also quite possible that the notary has already made the inquiry, then you just have to call there and have the corresponding proof emailed to you – then you have peace/security.
