Exactly for this reason we would move from the city with 7000 inhabitants to the village with 750 inhabitants. City = €125/sqm, village = €25/sqm... That's a cool €80k difference for a plot of land.. That we then don't have a baker (a sales truck comes on Sundays), no butcher, no supermarket, etc., I can live with that. I accept driving 5 km.No, prices have tripled in recent years. For us, they have even quadrupled. Of course, this can vary regionally.
The prices are current, just accept it as is.. Comparable properties simply don't exist because nothing is on the market. One village over there is one listed for €149k from 1977 with a slightly smaller plot.But the reference value that is in some file from ages ago, you can shove it where the sun never shines. What matters are the current values of the region, e.g. on sales portals. You can see better where the journey is going there.
