Morning,

you can see right now how quickly that can happen.
Friends of ours have only been allowed to earn money again since Monday (both work in their own hairdressing business), so the entire income disappeared for half a year.

Best regards, Olli

Thank you very much for your exchange and your tips.
Inheritances are certainly a possibility, but we actually did not want to plan with them. However, it seems that this is part of it for many as well.

Perhaps a compromise will be to finance only the corresponding house price and cover all other costs through additional available equity.
Many things do not need to be renewed immediately, and with a lower loan / thus lower burden, there is also more room to save a few hundred euros extra.
The monthly costs mentioned are also not always exactly the same, but planning down to the last euro is not the intention. Who knows what happens if someone becomes unemployed. No one wishes that, but even homebuyers with 8k don’t have that covered.
As mentioned, we do NOT want to plan subsidies for the child. I think that was misunderstood.

We estimate that a home, no matter in which form, will not be available in total with all pending renewals etc. for less than 200k even in a few years. So at least something reasonably standard.
Sure, there are houses for 50k as well, but those are usually more like ruins.

How do you see it?

Maybe because of the absurdly low amount of 200,000€ for a home.
