Yes, that much. Almost all applicants want exactly that plot of land. The only question is who will ultimately get it. What still bothers a bit: According to the statistical state office, our little town is pretty much on the decline when it comes to population (demography). Well, it’s not Stuttgart or Konstanz, but then the plot wouldn’t be affordable either.
