Even if it is possible, the problem is that crossing the country road is very dangerous (70 km/h, curve). On the other side of the country road, a bike path is supposed to be built by the end of the year.

Well, crossing streets is always "dangerous," whether it's in town (how many really drive 50 there?) or outside. I hardly believe that most country kids have a zebra crossing or even a traffic light available...

The native friends will have quickly shown the relocated city kids how survival in the supposed wilderness works. The city kids have often simply absorbed the bicycle helmet along with their mother's milk.

Grown up in no man's land without a sidewalk within a 4 km radius. You walk on the shoulder and learn to avoid the ditch if necessary. Reflectors are useful in winter. But I have to admit that even for me, I wouldn't like it with my own children...

Crossing the street should not be a problem, though. If in doubt, you have to accompany them to cross in the early morning. Would your child be the only one from that side?

Cross best in the town first. At least there it's 50.

As a child, one did many things that parents do not want to see.

Find the option with the additional bus stop directly at the house best. The school bus has no other task anyway than to take the children to school. If necessary, bribe the driver to stop briefly.
