How about buying that little piece of land additionally and building a (private) path yourself?

Definitely a job for a brave David from Schilda: a parcel designated solely as a traffic area, along with some compensation areas somewhere due to its sealing, of course properly drained on own land, fenced off against the country road without obstructing the view, etc. and so on.
Likable, but a crazy idea, you realize that yourself (?)

Who wants to send their children alone, on an unlit field path (dark in the winter mornings), on their way to school?

You really don’t have to shovel snow... Everyone has to decide for themselves, but there will be no sidewalk there.

The street in front of our house has been supposed to have a speed limit since the 80s. My grandpa has already bitten his teeth out over it. It still isn’t there. Allegedly, it was newly applied for again in the spring. [Da jetzt mehr Kinder an der Straße wohnen]

Maybe it is cheaper to have the bus stop relocated directly in front of the property?
