Yes, the house is described as needing renovation (mine is too, but you can at least live in it without major restrictions). I was in the house once last year, and it was too much for me to do... Of course, if the heating is installed. Although, I would install air conditioning again anyway... But the market gives me few options if I want to move away from the old one.
