A bank where I am not a customer. But at least I got an appointment there... I have no debts, don't buy anything on credit, etc. Part-time jobs are always temporary. Creditworthiness is a good question. I once had an evaluation, in which I was just classified as average. My main bank has already received all my data, but no feedback, no appointment

No debts and no loans are, for example, also negative for Schufa. Better are loans that one actually repays. Crazy, but that's how it is.

Contact an advisor who arranges financing. They inquire about what you need with a scope and precision that you alone cannot achieve. This then also provides representative answers. I would draw no conclusions from a few of my own samples, except that I am not good at doing it alone.

I wish you much success… as soon as it is somewhat off the norm, e.g. a simple real estate purchase, many apparently reach their limits. My experiences with various intermediaries have been very modest….
