Hello dear community,

I would like to hear your opinions on the floor plan. Maybe you can help me with your ideas. The property is a hillside plot. The basement will later be completely exposed at the front so that you can go outside from the front. The wall next to the garage serves to support the slope. The driveway and access to the house are all on one level because the street, which runs to the right, also has a slope.

Best regards, Horsti

This is going to be quite a spacious house - however:

Where is the wardrobe supposed to go?
What is this tiny pantry supposed to be used for? You can hardly turn around in it, and only the back wall is used. And the kitchen is also so tiny - you probably don’t enjoy cooking much?

On the other hand, you could give dance lessons in the living-dining room - I would seriously reconsider the layout. And all those doors? Has that been thought through? Better a generous double door than all the walls full of holes.

The upper floor is also meh - I would give the children's rooms significantly bigger windows and widen your dressing room up to the staircase. You can just about fit a dresser in your bedroom.

All in all - an enormous amount of square meters - but poor use of space.

I would basically move the kitchen into the living room - so bottom left on the plan - then you also have all the water pipes on the same side of the house

Instead of the kitchen, rather a large wardrobe, shoe closet, dresser, bench to put on shoes,

That also occurred to me when looking at it, it would offer more space. Then possibly a guest room instead of the kitchen, which however does not solve the question of where to put the wardrobe. Regards Sigi
