With some structure, it will work out, your compilation switches abstraction levels as quickly as a fly changes direction. First, set a framework:

[*]Becoming aware of your lifestyle - how do I want to live in my house and not in which house do I want to live.
    [*]Financial framework
[*]Region - consider plots of land
[*]Wishes prioritized (do not have to fit the financial framework at this stage)

It is worthwhile to take plenty of time for inspiration - only with an appropriate framework does it make sense to deal with architecture and contractual partners.

, I have to completely agree with the others. One of your opening sentences stated that you have to watch the money, a few sentences later you write something about 200 to 300 sqm of living and usable space with complete ignorance so far. My tip for starters is to visit a few model home parks and gather ideas to get a feel for size, room layouts, and especially the space needed. Until then, this is more like a double-blind study here. You haven't written anything about living situation, budget, perhaps already existing ideas, or whether a plot of land is even available. If you already have data, then just fill out the questionnaire...

okay ^^ Yes, currently we have a 120 sqm apartment, and that is too small for us. Of course, as you say, it may be due to the layout. I think we should find out where you can visit model house parks. In our area, we haven't spontaneously seen or found any places where you can look at them.

Hello :) So we want to avoid a sloping site. Although we come from the Harz, there are still many flat plots here. We already follow the mentioned Hausbauhelden ^^ Their affordable houses are also the look we are looking for. However, their price ranges are often above what we imagine. We are basically still clueless about where to really start. I think first at the bank and meanwhile look at show houses. The latter is apparently not easy for us because, to our current knowledge, there are none here.
