20 TEUR more than gas? Who put that idea in your head?

Our brine-water heat pump costs just 16 TEUR including drilling and complete technology and installation, where exactly do you want to save that much with a gas boiler and gas connection?

Reference values are 35-70 € per meter drilled. Depending on the number of drillings and depth, this adds up to a considerable amount. Furthermore, the pump is also significantly more expensive than a condensing boiler.

But again... 100 drilling meters cost something around 5,000 euros, and even if you need 200 meters, you’re somewhere around 10,000 euros. That should be enough to comfortably heat any new single-family house. A corresponding [WP] is available including installation for 10,000 to 12,000 euros. In total, you’re then at a maximum of 22,000 euros plus or minus a little.

If you assume your 20,000 euros savings, there would have to be a gas boiler including gas connection for free. But I doubt that.

Well yes - 20 k€ might be a bit exaggerated.

Your pump has a COP of 2.82 at -7° - what does that mean? It converts 1 kWh of electricity into 2.82 kWh of heat. What does that mean?

I don’t really think you have understood the system of an air-to-water heat pump; Tox answered very well regarding the rest.
