650k without land? What kind of houses are you building? I don’t know exactly what I’ll end up with yet, but it won’t be more than 450k.

In this forum, I often also have the feeling that there is another currency in D. Some kind of southern euro, like the Eastmark used to be. Exchange for the northern euro one to two.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Even in BY, you can normally build 160sqm of standard quality for 300k (plus additional costs and the land, of course).
