House construction cost (basic equipment / quality)

a quick question. How much does it actually cost to build a simple bungalow with 100 sqm of living space and minimal outdoor facilities, excluding the plot? Can you manage with 150,000?

I know that this question is actually complex. I am looking for someone who understands the matter well enough to reduce the answer to 1-2 sentences.
