House construction: Are the construction costs for a house realistic given the building prices?

I took the prices for the connections from a construction diary, so I am grateful for your input. I estimated the house price. The catalog price for the basic equipment is around €140,000, of course I will have that checked, but at least my common sense tells me that I can manage with €40,000 for extras. I am thinking of things like more sockets in the house and a satellite dish including wiring.

I actually only wanted to pave 2 parking spaces (about 40 sqm) + the path to the house for now. I would then put up a carport myself afterwards; I recently did this together with an acquaintance in front of his house.

The earthworks are included in the house price. I assume that in the end there will be an additional charge for that; I originally intended the buffer for such things.
The biggest unknown for me is still the house price.
