Hello, I hope there is maybe someone here who knows more about Homematic than I do...
In our new building, 3 Homematic roller shutter actuators are used in combination with a 6-button wall switch from Homematic. These devices were paired by the general contractor or their electrician.
I have now bought an access point to manage the stuff more comfortably.
However, (after the access point is connected to the router and lights blue) I cannot pair/read the wireless switch via the mobile app.
After consulting with the electrician, he said I would have to reset the stuff to factory settings so that the components can be integrated into the new access point.
I don’t understand the Homematic manuals. Is it enough to connect the switch that controls the 3 actuators to the access point so that it appears in the mobile app and can be configured, or do I also have to store each individual roller shutter actuator separately?
