One plans a house after having the plot of land, as the main rooms are oriented according to the cardinal directions.

Aside from that, what do you want to do with the mega utility room? You could easily get an extra room out of it.
What about family planning?

300,000 euros including incidental building costs for approx. 150sqm can only be achieved with a lot of personal effort

I think the house fits the intended plots like that. Where do you see the problems?

We are not planning a basement and want to generate enough storage space like this.

Children are not planned

Carport/garage is incorrectly positioned on three plots. I would also mirror the house orientation. On the ground floor, I would create a room instead of the utility room. Upstairs, then laundry and storage room. The staircase away from the entrance. The kitchen is too wide for this configuration of the two-row layout. I would never do without a bathtub. (a) resale value, b) sitting and medical baths must also be done sometimes by people who only shower) But if no family planning is intended, I would plan more freely anyway. This is also possible with a general contractor :) Sun and light in the living spaces!

I’m not going to explain everything for each plot now. The main rooms should have daylight and preferably not face north. It’s best if you come by again when you have to decide on one of the plots. :)
