A few tips to save costs. Always plan rectangularly without bay windows, dormers, etc. Put everything that carries water and sewage on one side, preferably at the front. Use white-primed spruce for the eaves. Paint it yourself with Consolan or similar. Pay attention to a wall measurement in the kitchen that fits a ready-made corner kitchen from the offer. All this saves you around 10 to 15 thousand. If you also find a contractor who supplies you with Polish or Czech windows, another 2,000. Interior doors, smooth white, another 1,000 saved.
