Hello everyone,
before I call the insurance myself and get stuck in an endless waiting loop, here is a quick question or rather a question of understanding.
Does this insurance only apply if you are a landlord? I always read only if you are a landlord of this and that, but what if I live in my own house? Do I not need it then?
Currently, we only have a plot of land, that is clear that you should take out this insurance. No question.
But what if there is a house on it?
I find it confusing when you want to calculate the contribution. For undeveloped land it is easy. So, if there is a house now, it is no longer undeveloped land (so the plot falls out) and you have to specify how many residential units are on the plot. Yes 1, but it is not rented out, I live in it myself. But I only have the option for rented residential units.
Can someone clarify?
