I see it the same way: smaller bedrooms with their own shower toilet, then there is still a room left for a sauna with a backup shower. Nice common room for everyone. I would try to create a bedroom downstairs as well, for the parents who eventually can no longer use the stairs.

Hello, I have now designed new floor plans again. We have a second small shower room upstairs and the toilet is now separate. Therefore, there is no longer a shower downstairs. The technical room is also larger as a result, which makes a lot of sense. Additionally, we have gained a 4th room upstairs. I would like to keep the sauna on the upper floor.
