Phew.. guys.. I am aware that this will probably provoke some hate posts, but:

Thank you for reminding me once again in a remarkable way why I mostly just read silently in forums but am reluctant to post anything..

The only answer to my primary question is this one:

Thanks for that, klappradl! :)

The rest is a colorful mix of destructive criticism, assumptions, and great answers to questions I never asked. Maybe I’ll try again in a few years, hoping once more that people who know what they’re talking about will respond to my question and not those who think they need to give me some sort of lesson. Until then, it’s probably better for everyone if I stick to just reading.

In this sense, cheers! ;)

You are the greatest.

You probably forgot the question?

"There is also quite a bit to be found about compensation payments, but always only regarding network expansion. There is nothing here for existing lines, right?"

Selective reading doesn't always help. I thought it was also about the trees, otherwise you wouldn't have written it.

Thank you for your feedback.

I agree with you, on the side I had still formulated this remark as a question. Getting confirmed 17 times that I will receive no compensation, which I had already suspected anyway, was not necessarily my intention. Well.. never mind.

Aha, so your primary question was about the minimum height without any background. Whether there would be compensation money was secondary and concern about the height of the trees also did not play a role. Sorry, I must have misunderstood that then.

There you have your minimum distances - Wikipedia is your friend.

With your orchard trees, you have to ensure that the minimum distances are maintained. It is not the line that has to adapt to you, but you to the line. If this means you have to prune the trees once a year, then that is your responsibility. As you can see, the distance to the ground is really small and must be observed. But trees can also grow relatively close to the lines.

Now you can get warned here for links to the [Bundesnetzagentur]. The [Bundesnetzagentur] is the only authority that actually has a say here. Strange forum
