A standard apple tree grows about 5 meters, maximum 6 meters, under optimal conditions and good care. However, it takes 40 years or more for that. Most people find semi-standard trees sufficient as plantings for compensation areas.

Sweet cherries can also grow very large. However, they would not primarily be cultivated in traditional orchard meadows. Sour cherries would have reached their maximum size with that.

With almost every fruit tree, the maximum height is 6m. That means you have roughly ten meters to the power lines, so that is obviously not a problem, and certainly no reason to demand compensation payments ;)

The "legal" source is DIN VDE 0210. It contains the minimum distances for overhead lines.

No, there is nothing. No harmful action is being carried out, rather there is a status quo which is reflected in the property value.
