This automatic program is eye-wash. How is the automatic program supposed to know which type of screed was laid? Each manufacturer issues different heating protocols depending on the exact mixture of their screed. You will not be able to pass on the costs.

I am not sure whether screed and heating program always match. Of course, that would be desirable. I completely agree with you on that. Regardless of the screed, it makes a difference to me whether the device runs manually or with a program. In the program, it heats up slowly and thus consumes less electricity. Whether the screed is "ready" afterwards has to be decided by the construction manager.

And what do you think, how much does that matter? The heat losses of a new building are not that high as long as the windows are closed. It certainly doesn't amount to 3000 kWh. In the end, you might be arguing over 100€. I would be much more concerned about the screed than the electricity for heating up. And whether the screed is okay is not decided by the construction manager of the general contractor (whose answer I can already guess), but by an expert you pay who exclusively represents your interests.

I see it differently. Our neighbor consumed about 1700 kWh. If we calculate at 0.40€/kWh, that amounts to 680€. We have used 5000 kWh just for heating up. That is 2000€.

I agree with the expert. He should be able to assess that best.

How did the neighbor heat up? With Hotboy or with heat pump? Which screed and which heating program did the neighbor have? There are also huge differences there. How was ventilation done for you and him? Building dryer? Currently you are comparing apples and oranges. Our consumption for 130 sqm was by the way also more in your size range

It is still not clear to me what you mean by apples and oranges. We have two neighbors who are building with the same house construction company. The heating up process was the same for all of us - all with Hotboy. Everyone ventilated twice a day by opening the windows. There were no other ventilation devices. The screed is also the same for all.

For me, that is already comparable. The only thing that may differ is the time when it took place. The first in September, us in October, and the next in November.
