Exterior socket? p We planned it that way back then because I don't want to see an outlet on this wall. If a surround setup is going to come, I'll drill through the wall.

I wouldn't use a pipe but a proper conduit, better one size too big than too small. Cables with plugs also have to go through.

Don't put sockets directly behind the TV. That sticks out too much and the correct positioning is a gamble. There still needs to be a mount, and TVs used to have the VESA holes more centered on the device; now they are more at the bottom. The connections also vary a bit with each model.
With sockets on the wall, you are too inflexible in this respect.

I know it like this: you simply use a 50mm HT pipe. Everything fits through that.

So? A conduit pipe is possible then? The solution with the trunking channel won't work, of course.

And please don't forget to do the same in the office as well, if available, for the monitor. I'm currently looking at the empty box above my monitor. I still have to mount the bracket.

I meant the solution to put everything in a room behind it

also have the sockets at ankle height and a channel UP dr ending at chest height. practical. something is always down there anyway, even if it's just for a potted plant, but the TV hangs cleanly on the wall. the Frame has btw an "invisible" special cable. and it only really looks good on the easel anyway.
