I think the children's version 3 is the best. We have a similar bathroom on the ground floor, but here we enter the room from the narrow side (where your sink would be). That way you at least still get light from the window. With version two - with a built-in shower - there would be quite little light in the niche.

Or you take the entire width of the room as a shower and build a glass shower partition in front of it, where you can enter in the middle.

Hi,

I also like option 1 best for the parents' bathroom. One small note: If you want to install a towel warmer, I would move the bathroom door a bit to the right (if possible). Otherwise, the opening angle of the door will be too restricted by the installation depth of the towel warmer.

For the children's bathroom, I find option 3 visually very appealing, but milkie is right – a front wall construction will be absolutely necessary and will limit the depth of the room. Additionally, you should consider that with this option a "normal" window would no longer be able to be opened (only tilted) because of the faucets.

So a window with a transom (like in many kitchens) would have to be installed there.

Regards,

Dirk

I also prefer V1 for the master bathroom. In my opinion, the T-solutions waste space and create many dirty and bump corners in the bathroom. For the children's bathroom, I would use the same shower space as in the master bathroom, but with a width of 80cm, so that the toilet can be placed next to it in width. So the 170 wall is then shared by the shower and the toilet. (However, 170 could be too tight as a raw construction dimension) Or V3 is not bad either, if the partition wall of the toilet is removed.
