Help needed with planning and procedures for active house construction

Hello,
we are building - provided the site development work allows it - a prefabricated house in Hünstetten starting in October.
Now various things need to be organized and coordinated for this.
Can someone provide us with a list of what we need to organize and when?

Tender earthworks
Tender garage
What needs to be done when and how with the energy suppliers?
When do I have to talk to the cable provider?
When and how do you organize construction power, insurance, ... and what else is there?

It would be helpful if we could get some assistance.
Maybe someone can also send us their own protocol / checklist / diary from their experience. What do you actually write in such a diary?

These applications should be submitted as early as possible. You need to coordinate with your builder regarding the garage. Ours thinks it is better if the garage is already in place when the house is erected. Insurances obviously before the first groundbreaking. Your house provider should also be able to tell you about construction electricity. When is the house supposed to be erected?
