Help: Identifying causes of high electricity and water costs

In winter, you heat the gas out through the roof.

And the electricity consumption is due to cheap monoblock air conditioners, because surely no outdoor unit of a real air conditioner is allowed to be drilled onto the oh-so-pretty house wall.

The latter should definitely be approved by the homeowners' association before buying if it’s under the roof. Whether a roof on a house from ’94 will be done soon, I would doubt...

Oh thank you very much! Oh man, then the apartment is probably not an option. There are three parties among the owners and only we would be fully under the roof. The wooden windows would have to be replaced and they have a special style (half-timbered house style :), is that what it’s called?). The owners' association would have to agree to that and we would definitely bear all the costs. As far as I understand, the roof, door, and windows are common property. Is that correct?

3 parties 2 against 3 when it comes to insulating your apartment. So I would reject it. We are also talking about high costs that the community would then bear
