Hello,

here is the original Heinz von Heiden floor plan and an idea to get a bit more storage space. So things you just want to put away easily or to be able to depict a pantry.

Possibly also the idea that the partition wall between the kitchen and dining area (which is supposed to be open anyway) is shifted a bit more to the left to get a longer kitchen. The living room door essentially becomes the kitchen door, since the wall/passage would then be to the left of the door. The new living room door moves around the corner, so to speak the entrance is then under the stairs, or there is no separate door, making the living room accessible through the kitchen.

Contrary to the original house dimensions of 10.20 x 7.7, my design would only be 9.75 m x 7.7 m.
The m2 numbers are probably not entirely realistic.

Thanks for feedback.

It's just an inadequate PDF that cannot be opened automatically.
Where is the [Lageplan] in which thread?
I would try to get from the kitchen or dining area to the terrace. [WZ] doesn't need access to the terrace, [WZ] needs a corner for the TV.
An inserted pantry takes away any reasonable planning from the kitchen. For a house of this size, as much utility room as possible, which has to serve for everything.
Separating the total storage space of 6.7 or 8 sqm into smaller ones is not sensible.

What is missing here in the thread is the contextual connection to a floor plan discussion. The questionnaire is missing.

How about if you draw the building envelope for us/for me/for you? The measurements or building envelope are not really clear. And have you clarified where the carport is allowed to be regarding the intersection? If north is at the top, it looks like you are planning the toilet and utility room in the west... or is north not at the top? You wanted the living room in the west, right? The entrance of the house plan is in the north... unfortunately, I can't rotate the screen if you have rotated anything here... it is not coherent for someone who doesn't know the property and is switching around here :D

Uh, I'm a bit confused right now. The building window is visible in the last picture. Above in the text, it also says 12x8 meters. The ridge orientation would be east-west. If you open the Heinz von Heiden floor plans, you see the view from the east. The entrance is on the north side. The terrace is on the west side. The parking spaces would shift from the current west property boundary to the north, practically next to the entrance. The self-created floor plans are therefore from the southern view, i.e., ridge orientation.

Yeah, me too. If I hadn't been doing this for a few years already, I would think I'm limited ;)

I can remember that. The legend in the plan is also readable, but the blue outline could simply belong to the legend or be your colored marking of the house.
Besides, the mega large boundary distances are confusing. Aren't those more than 3 meters?

What is the author trying to tell us with this sentence now? I see a floor plan from a bird’s-eye view and no side from the east.

The floor plans are without terrace and carport.. for me as a creative mind a terrace door doesn’t automatically lead to the main terrace ;)
Since your description relates more to the house from Heinz von Heiden, one still doesn’t know if the property here is oriented to the north.
But I’ll assume it is, and then I wonder where the driveway to the property is. Northeast?
And then the carport should go to the northwest corner?
Was it here or somewhere else today: think about the location of the terrace. Do you need it in the living room?
I’m stepping away here for a moment ;)
