Heinz von Heiden floor plan - room change for more storage space

Heinz von Heiden shows east below with orientation upwards to west, right side the entrance = north. Kitchen: southeast corner. Utility room: northeast corner. Dining: southwest corner. Carport faces northeast. You basically come out of the house and are under the carport.

On the east, north, and west, the distance from the building window to the property boundary is 5 meters each. In the south, on average 8.5m.

Do not pay attention to the interior room layout here.

Contrary to the original house dimensions of 10.20x7.7, my design would only be 9.75m x 7.7m.

Why? - in a 12 x 8 m building envelope (wherever that may come from) it would also fit without trimming, wouldn't it?

Furthermore, the mega large boundary distances are confusing. They must be more than 3 meters, right?

I can't follow that either.

By the way, I find it rude when thread starters are too lazy to orient their illustrations consistently and to somewhat coordinate the image formats to scale. As a desktop user, that is already exhausting for me to follow, for mobile device users it must be close to hell.

I can only agree .. every floor plan submitted is in a different orientation, no north arrows, etc. The last hand drawing has nothing to do with any of the previously submitted floor plans ... so I can't even figure out what actually wants to know.

I don't see the question in this thread either...
