Heating pipe bent too much?

It really looks like a mess - laying distances are completely uneven. The kink is not only unnecessary but really too much.

Oxygen diffuses into the system through the pipes and corrodes all the steel elements over time - this causes sludge build-up. A reasonable company hasn't installed something like this for a long time.

According to the tender, supposedly pe-xa 5 layer and not pe-rt should be used, I have to check again what they installed in the house, normally such things are indicated on the pipe.

Regarding the kink issue, they want to cut out the piece and insert a new piece with couplings, I declined gratefully, they should completely relayout the circuit, I don't want to see anything like couplings in the new construction.

Couplings are not a problem - if installed correctly and isolated from the screed.

I have 9 of them myself - completely fine.

PS: By the way, the correct oxygen-tight pipe is installed

Hmm I wouldn't say it's the right one according to the tender it's pe-xa pipe but actually pe-rt was installed which is a bit cheaper than the xa variant

That's right, an RT pipe, but it says oxygen-tight on it - I only knew the XA pipes and aluminum composite as tight. Well, you'll have to clarify that then.
