in today’s plastic bags ALWAYS.

Enthalpy heat exchangers help.

none, there are no bases for that.

There can be various reasons for that.
- The systems do not run continuously
- The systems are not properly dimensioned
- The systems are only for show
etc.

Oh, it’s really great when it’s done right.

Always install a ventilation system better than KfW70. I can really only recommend this, but for a central system you should plan at least 10,000 euros, with enthalpy and app control rather 15,000 euros.

Regarding heating, I can say from my own experience that the clichés often aren't true. Geothermal energy is the deluxe solution, but only very rarely economical. Air heat is in most cases the better choice, especially if you have a large property like this.

The electricity consumption of air systems is on average only slightly higher than geothermal systems. The investment for geothermal systems, however, is usually more than 10,000 euros higher.

I only advise against air heat because of noise on small properties. But good systems nowadays are already very quiet.

Airtightness is created by the plaster. Since when is that made of plastic bags?

The KFW does not set any airtightness requirements beyond the Energy Saving Ordinance. Therefore, the necessity of a ventilation system has nothing to do with a KFW efficiency house.

Enthalpy costs about 400-500€ extra. Otherwise, it can be purchased as an accessory for 800€ at any time, using Zehnder as an example.

Clichés aren’t true, yet you pull out the cliché of geothermal energy as a deluxe solution?

Every type of heat pump must be properly designed. Calculate the heating load, select the heat generator, design the heat source. If you do that and the ground allows it, geothermal energy is absolutely economical without any advantage in consumption costs. Keep in mind, there are not only probe drillings, and geothermal energy is highly subsidized, which can be factored in.

Especially then, geothermal energy can be produced cost-effectively by a trench collector and the like, if probe drilling is not an option.

You can confidently claim 20%. Overall, though, that’s not a huge amount of money.

See above.

We have 160 sqm and will reach around 3000 kWh in the first year. With a demand of about 13-14000 kWh I find that okay and I am satisfied with it in the first year.

It's not about the airtightness but about the plastic bag itself, which is also not airtight.

Typical modern houses with the typical use of petroleum-based materials are replicas of a plastic bag in scale 1:X.

To pick up your example: as soon as paint or wallpaper is applied to the plaster, plastic is added/included in the form of primer/paint/glue etc.

Of course, you can also build the entire house without plastic, but few do that, because it often increases construction costs and brings new problems into the house.

But all this has nothing to do with the actual topic.

Your choice of words suggests otherwise. Therefore, I wanted to ask.
