Heat pump on home electricity or separate? How to calculate?

If you google "verivox Wärmepumpe," you will find a comparison specifically for tariffs that allow heat pumps. You can also choose 1 or 2 meter solutions.

There are about 10-20 alternatives for our postal code.

I have also seen that regarding the tariffs. But there they ask for kW quantities in the respective tariff. Therefore, I wanted to know how the distribution usually is. I get a tariff where household electricity costs 21 cents and heat pump electricity 16.x cents – basic fee not included. The question then arises whether it is worth it. And then I probably have to break out the calculator after all. Except for a second meter and possibly a second provider... any other disadvantages / advantages?!

The tariffs at Verivox are based on an individual meter - therefore....

I was able to choose between tariffs for 1 or 2 meters.
