Have you understood your construction service description?

Those are quite simply about 80 great opportunities to answer you impatiently or stupidly and/or to tell the most absurd nonsense about why the competitor's offer is technically outdated. From this perspective, also ask such things that you have long since understood and can therefore evaluate for yourself how good the answer is.

And please read more than one construction performance description. You must read at least two or three to recognize and compare the differences. Compare point by point. Ask questions.

Only then will you notice, for example, that once 60 sockets are included and once 120 sockets, or that the floor slab is included once, but on other construction performance descriptions is the responsibility of the client.

The bad thing about construction service descriptions is: it's not only what is written inside that counts, but especially what is NOT written inside, but should be. You only find that out after reading and comparing 10 or more construction service descriptions in detail. Only then do you find details that one offers and the others don't mention a word about (i.e., do not offer as standard).

For example: "Temperature control via individual room thermostats": I translate this as: only visually awful surface-mounted thermostats are installed. But you only know that after reading in another construction service description "Temperature control via flush-mounted individual room thermostats."

I am with : Read and understand what is NOT included! And collect details in show homes that you would like to have and then look for them in the construction specification. It is time-consuming, no question. But it helps enormously with the cost trap of additional offers / sampling.

You build the first house for an enemy, the second for a friend, and only the third for yourself. In this sense, "first-time" builders can, even with the best possible caution, circumspection, and information, only upgrade to the level of building the first house for a friend. Building the first one for yourself is a jackpot.
