The "established framework conditions" serve you, like every potential builder, as security that we – within the scope of our possibilities and duties – try to exclude abuse of negative reporting as much as possible. What is so bad about that? I recently stood before a regional court in a similar matter. If this should happen again (which I do not hope), I at least want to be reasonably sure that I did not fall for any fake. Rhineland regards

Who "builds" themselves rarely has time for it - I only know one really interesting blog that is updated repeatedly and has done a lot itself.

Usually you only see that Company A did something there and Company B continues now - what is really interesting is something else.

At the beginning I took so many photos where I myself couldn't do much, but with increasing EL that became less...

A construction blog takes a lot of work if it is done well, but I also cannot share the opinion that only the "1%" where it didn't work are of interest to everyone. I have also read a lot of construction blogs and have taken many suggestions and tips from them. I have considered writing one myself, but you can always see that when it gets to the critical phase there is simply no time left to maintain it.

I can also confirm that a construction blog takes a lot of work, but I decided to do it because I myself have benefited a lot from other construction blogs and would like to pass something on to future builders in this way.

I have always been interested in both sides, the positive as well as the negative. What I find very, very unfortunate is that most construction blogs unfortunately go dormant shortly before moving in (due to lack of time, I know that from us as well), but unfortunately are not revived again and so one never finds out what the final conclusion is.

Even today, 9 months after moving in, I still like to read other construction blogs and keep finding helpful tips that I often try to implement with us. At the moment, I am of course particularly interested in topics such as garden design, carport construction, etc., but unfortunately many construction blogs do not go this far....

There is fundamentally nothing bad about it and I can understand it from the operator's perspective. In my case, however, it still prevents me from making it public. That was not a criticism, but an explanation.

Maybe I'll send you a message from home later, since you come from the same industry + region, you may have encountered something like this before. :)

Best regards

I don't understand, regardless of the tone the same entry hurdle is required here, the affidavit. As I said, this is completely legitimate and not criticized by me, but it is a hurdle.

... is the site manager!

I have no time for a blog, don’t want to publish too much data (more than already published anyway), and somehow the rule applies: you don’t talk about ongoing procedures ;-). And when it’s finished, to add everything afterward? No ....

PS. Even today I can say that I will not recommend our construction partner further. Too many little things that annoy.
