Handover protocol house demolition - Who is experienced? Experiences?

I would also include the stands and, of course, inquire with the suppliers about how the demolition is handled. For example, electricity ... is the meter still removed by the supplier?

I also believe that the meters must be taken off the connection before demolition. They are the property of the utility providers (just occurred to me).

I demolished in mid-June, the water meter was already removed at the end of May, the electricity rooftop stand even earlier.

Not only do the respective meters have to be removed. Speak directly with the suppliers; they also have to physically disconnect the house from the grid, i.e., the lines are cut at the property boundary. Then tell them right away to install a construction power connection box and a construction water connection. Otherwise, I would have had to pay €760 back then for disconnecting the power supply and another €800 three weeks later for the construction power box. So talk to them beforehand.

Once again, thank you very much for all your input! We have now finally decided to record the following items:
- Meter readings
- Which documents were handed over (at least those relevant from our perspective)
- Clearing / removal of clutter from the building (as part of the contract)

Even though this wasn't really part of my initial question: The disconnection from the network has already been ordered with the network operator and should ideally take place shortly before the demolition together with the preparation of the construction power. The same applies to the dismantling of drinking water and wastewater.
