Hello construction expert
Best regards
Planners and independent construction supervisors not tied to sales!...Who prepares the required calculations? Who handles the tenders? Who checks the incoming interim payments from the craftsmen? Who supervises the work? Who takes responsibility for the thermal insulation certificate and fills out *in the front* for example the 153 form, which financing banks usually require and must be confirmed before moving in? And, and, and ...
It doesn’t have to be, these are rather exceptions; nevertheless, the concept of 1/2 general contractor to achieve the overall result is very purposeful, although not as convenient as 1/1 general contractor....That is - theoretically - correct. Only, not every builder is suitable as a self-builder and the construction of the shell in EL is not an issue for every builder...
Rather the opposite is the case. It is well known that extremes rarely lead to the goal; the real truth usually lies somewhere in the middle....You have - sorry, my humble opinion - focused too much on customers who are not willing to pay the fair wage for proper work. I also always read this from you when it comes to TGA costs.
Everyone has to find their own way, according to their conviction. To what extent this is permanently marketable will be shown by the future. I think that I am moving in the middle I mentioned ;-)...Remember, we have already emailed about this before, that in my opinion your pricing will catch up with you again ... from another TGA planner who is a bit cheaper. That is a hamster wheel - once started, it lacks a brake.
Very true, now you have adopted one of my conclusions ;-)...The market is wide-ranging and in the end everyone gets what they deserve.
Best regards
