Hello! I would like to revisit the topic. We have the following problem: A suitable plot has been found, but it can only be accessed through a narrow driveway, at the end of which there is currently a small garden shed before you reach the plot directly. This means the appraiser cannot drive their pickup directly onto the plot. Is an appraisal possible without access by vehicle? Unfortunately, we cannot demolish the garden shed yet because the plot does not belong to us yet. Greetings!

The property does not need to be driven on. It is customary that the geologist parks their vehicle in front of the property like any other visitor. At least that was the case with us!

our geologist could not drive onto the property because the pit from the demolition of the "old" building was already there.

Therefore, this should not be a problem.
