Ground too soft - drilling / soil survey not possible

Ok thanks. I do have one more question though Our bungalow is still in planning (so no exact floor plan yet) meaning we also don’t know exactly where the house will be located. How precisely does the location of the house have to be determined for the appraisal to make any sense or for the builder to accept it?
