I have already obtained quotes, but still before the wedding. I am still in discussions, everything is currently ongoing. The rate is €1300, the last interest rate was 1.18 for 25 years, but unmarried. How do you generally view the plan? Income for the calculation, etc.

well, I find it unfair to the woman

but everyone should run their relationship the way they want

I prefer to have a strong woman by my side

That has nothing to do with a woman's strength. Through the gain in value she would be secured anyway, besides I don't want to force her into a loan without income, she will still be entered in the land register, but at the moment it was easier if I am the only one listed. However, the entry in the land register is useless if neither can pay out the other. Even experts advise to have only one partner registered because in the event of a separation with gain compensation everything is divided anyway...

The increase in value would only be the appreciation and not the repayment of the loan for his house.

Wrong, accrual also includes the repayment!!
Through the repayment, the house gains value.
If the loan of 400,000 is paid off and the house is worth 600,000,
she is entitled to 300,000 - the husband's capital before the marriage.
The land register entry strictly speaking only grants you a right of determination.

Unfortunately, that is not the case. It is about increase in value - no matter where it comes from.
