Get training equipment in the basement (new building)?

I think so, I've already been at it for 5 years and the interest or the will to improve is unwavering :-)



The terrace is supposed to be used for evening barbecues, and I would rather not impose a view of my training equipment on my guests. Therefore, I did not plan the training room directly next to the terrace. But since there is no other option than to build a wide patio door directly to the training room, I will have to live with it.

I did not write about your main terrace on the ground floor...

Me neither, because the ground floor doesn’t get a terrace at all.

It is a sloping plot. At the front, the ground floor is at street level; at the back, the basement connects with the terrace.
