Garage heating with air heating

You can use fan convectors, radiators, etc. in conjunction with a gas boiler. The decisive factors are the heating load of the building and outbuildings.

I have now received a few offers from heating companies. They all say that I won't achieve much with a low flow temperature. They all suggest running the garage at a flow temperature of 70 degrees and installing vertical radiators there. The house should operate with a 35-degree flow. A Weishaupt WTC 25 is to be used. It has 25kW. Isn't that a bit much? My house has a heating load (at 20 degrees) of 4kW and the garage as well (at 10 degrees). What do you think about that?
