Financial broker, but the offer came back from the bank after review because I didn’t want to use my equity. And I had previously had a 20-year fixed interest period. Then the bank said with 2.84 percent amortization and use of all equity, there is the full repayment loan with the above-mentioned details of the offer.

You can also take the KFW 124 as a bullet loan. Then you pay only the interest for up to 10 years but no principal repayment.
