You don’t have to apologize. Nobody is perfect! But in your other thread, the fellow participants already gave you the right word* – after all, a river name in a headline can be confusing and might cause some people not to speak up even though they could give you an answer to your question. *So you should internalize the correction for yourself ;)

At least I’m grateful for every correction when I don’t do something right :)

P.S. I won’t correct spelling because it’s not relevant, but of course if you want to use Google sometime, it’s better if you’re given the right word...

I definitely did not apologize to you. That was rather ironic. I don’t apologize for something like that. If I have a typo at 07:18 am and write Rheinhaus instead of Reihenhaus, then I’m sorry for you if you reply here just because of that. But maybe you are so lonely and have nothing better to do! I would also like to see you abroad speaking another language...

You’re not serious, are you? Please tell me it’s just a joke!?

Well, Google is unfortunately so smart that it would have suggested the correct word to me right away and without "complaining" :-)

On the subject, thanks to the other person for the helpful answer and of course for being smart enough not to think of a river :D

You want to buy a townhouse in a [WEG] if I link the thread strands here together. You will almost certainly not be allowed to simply dig up the front yard to the street; you will need the approval of the owners' assembly there.

I don't want to reply at all. You write so aggressively!

Hello,

The construction expert explained it correctly. If you are interested in the house, you should get the most important documents, which include:

- Land register excerpt
- Declaration of division (since it is a condominium)
- Floor plans, sections, elevations
- Building description
- Thermal insulation certificate or energy saving regulation certificate
- Documentation of carried out renovations

Have these evaluated by an expert and have them provide purchasing advice. In terms of costs, we are operating in the per mille range compared to the purchase price.

Beste Grüße, Erik
