You don’t have to apologize. Nobody is perfect! But in your other thread, the fellow participants already gave you the right word* – after all, a river name in a headline can be confusing and might cause some people not to speak up even though they could give you an answer to your question. *So you should internalize the correction for yourself ;)

At least I’m grateful for every correction when I don’t do something right :)

If I have a typo at 07:18 am and write Rheinhaus instead of Reihenhaus, then I’m sorry for you if you reply here just because of that. But maybe you are so lonely and have nothing better to do! The construction expert explained it correctly. If you are interested in the house, you should get the most important documents, which include:

- Land register excerpt
- Declaration of division (since it is a condominium)
- Floor plans, sections, elevations
- Building description
- Thermal insulation certificate or energy saving regulation certificate
- Documentation of carried out renovations

Have these evaluated by an expert and have them provide purchasing advice. In terms of costs, we are operating in the per mille range compared to the purchase price.
