The installation effort makes the doors - besides the higher-priced materials - very expensive. The doors must be installed to the exact millimeter, as the slightest deviation is immediately noticeable through the gaps. Even in the premium segment, one can assume that frequently used doors will occasionally need readjustment.

The door is only flush on one side, if the door opening direction doesn't fit, you look stupid.

That was exactly the reason why we excluded it quite early. Our doors (where there are any) all open inward into the room, so from the central place in the hallway/entrance, you don't see any of it; it's only a nicer view when you're sitting on the throne or lying in bed. :p

My impression from your thread history is that you are one of those squirrels who collect puzzle pieces piece by piece by asking about individual aspects, from which they then assemble their house as a Frankenstein-like Wolpertinger in the test tube. Then I would like to point out to you that I – you might want to cautiously extrapolate from my own number of posts how many I have already read – do not recall a single case where this method could be called a success story.

And, what do you learn from this now? If I knew the lottery numbers as well as my Pappenheimer, I would have been a private individual long ago ;-)
