Hello everyone,
I am planning to renovate my house into an Efficiency House 55 and am currently undergoing energy consulting. I was told here that the flooring is eligible for subsidies, but only tiles.
Now, tiles are really not cozy for me - cold on the feet and simply very hard. For example, I would like to install a floor from Wineo (PU floor).
In this regard, I have now looked at the KFW information sheet and found the point about the flooring.
"Restoration of the walkability of the newly insulated floor; screed, impact sound insulation, in the case of complete renovation according to BEG WG/NWG also flooring (provided the basement ceiling is insulated from above)"
Here I do not find any real restriction on the type of flooring that is subsidized. Does anyone have experience with this or can tell me something about alternatives to tiles and the KFW subsidy?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards!
