I can't imagine that you won't get any further in a tile store holding a photo (preferably the one you uploaded in the original post). If you live near Dresden, I would at least know a dealer who has these tiles or would be very happy to help you obtain them.

Someone must have beamed the tiles there. Were they really the Heinzelmännchen, as I only meant jokingly, or has the tiler passed away or does the property manager say that the developer had stolen tiles laid and therefore there is no delivery note for them in the folder?

The problem is, this was done about 10/12 years ago and even the store where the tiles come from told me that it is almost impossible to get the same tiles after 10 years....he was not the only one who said that. The store at least did not get them and asked some suppliers.

Have you already searched for it with Google Image Search? I find several tiles there that look very similar to yours. This way, you could, for example, find the manufacturer and the designation.

Formal address in the forum, I can't believe I am still going to experience that... Try searching on the internet for Fliesenhandel Apel in Dresden. I'm sure you'll get help there.
