Hello,
I have a question about the floor space index.
The following starting point:
Building plot located in a new development area in Bavaria that was completely newly developed in 2020. In the graphic part, the floor space index is given as 0.35, as well as in the textual part. There is no direct mention of Floor Space Index I or Floor Space Index II, only the floor space index.
I know that exceeding Floor Space Index II by 50% is either tolerated or can be excluded, provided it does not exceed a certain capping limit.
How can I find out whether I am allowed to exceed Floor Space Index II or not?
Does the access road to a garage which is directly at the house (garage counts towards Floor Space Index I) count towards Floor Space Index I or Floor Space Index II?
