Clearly structured, without unnecessary nooks and crannies. Rooms from which you can make a lot if you like it straightforward.

I don't find the floor plan bad at all, the living room isn't really too narrow either (it depends on the furnishing, we don't have 3.5 but rather 3.2 and that is enough for us)

if you maybe shorten the wardrobe a bit and place the stair entrance towards the entrance, then the whole thing might look a bit airier and the room will be more spacious in length.

I would move the kitchen door towards the top of the plan and then design it as a sliding door - so that you don’t walk straight onto the island.

Leave out the fireplace wall and design the fireplace freestanding, and in such a way that you can look over part of it, making the living room feel less narrow.
