You confused something. The valley is allowed more because it is above ground level.

That's correct, I wrote it down wrongly. Ancillary construction costs are included in the listing (580k).

For me it is a plot between existing houses and not in the new development area. It may be that the term is wrong or inappropriate.

Check if anything is added to the price. Furniture and kitchen also need to be paid for. Let "die Dame" (I honestly find this paragraph somewhat unsettling) look at floor plans. There are also hang floor plans on Pinterest etc. Who hasn't gotten inspiration?

The expression has taste, that's true. But don't be fooled by it. I really like them.

Do you know of floor plans with similar restrictions (sloping site, floor area ratio 0.7, eaves height 3 or 6m)? Or do you have other useful tips for us? The development plan is from 1978 – can you negotiate the requirements with the city?

We are also building on a slope in a building gap and our development plan is almost identical (from 1982, that was apparently common at the time...). Don’t worry, there are great floor plans! But as the previous speakers already said: it’s best to find an architect or a construction company that creates individual floor plans, because the standard floor plans from prefab house companies just don’t work here.

We have 2 architectural firms from the area in the selection. Both were recommended to us by family/friends. They know a lot about sloping sites, as this is really not uncommon here in [Sauerland].

The first meeting, which we still went into very naively, has taken place. The second follows today.
